SOUTHLAND POOL & SPA

The crews showed up on time when they said they would. They worked diligently all day, actually amazing to watch how quickly the tile was laid in. One full day to do all the plaster. Then the water began to fill... new lights already in... the system was changed to the new salt system and the heater all re-plumbed and set up. There were a few problems getting all the jets to fire in the Jacuzzi but they kept coming back until all was running well. They provided the first 10 bags of salt... the gallonage in my pool suggested 20 so I still needed to add quite a bit until the light in the sensor read green. The daily sweeping 4-5 times was exhausting and since my pool maintenance guy was on vacation I did not have a long enough hose to be able to vacuum the whole pool ( I borrowed the next door neighbor's hose who's pool is a lot smaller.) They were not the greatest about clean-up as I daily went around and picked up and swept up. I would still give them the A because the primary objective was essentially a brand new pool which is what I got. I have gotten a lot of compliments and agree that the pool and spa look really great! Also, Cheryl, the receptionist and the boss' wife was a delight to work with over the phone.
