Excellent. It was a small but complex job. I attempted many times to get someone to do it, and most either declined or committed, and then didn't show up. Tim from RestoreAssist took the time to connect me with a local contractor to complete the job. It was above and beyond the call of customer service to do this, as it was too small a job for RestoreAssist. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the work to be done and connected me with Mike Jackson. Mike showed up on time, worked hard and did an EXCELLENT job. He took a lot of time to do the job right. He was professional and courteous. He always cleaned up at the end of each day and the next day showed up when he said he would. I have nothing but EXCELLENT things to say about this company and would certainly go to them for any future flooring work.
