Jack and his dogs were very professional. His written reports were thorough with pictures were areas needed addressing. When the dogs found mold, I opted to have the air samples done in 3 places to find out what kind of mold and how much we were dealing with. I then used the results to have the seller fix the problem or I could walk away from buying the house. Seller's fixed it, I bought the home and was pleased with Jack's work. When you are spending a lot of money on the purchase of a home it's good to be able to know if mold is a problem or not, as future insurers don't want to deal with this. I'm glad I had my inspection using mold dogs.

HE WAS VERY EFFICIENT. VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE WORKED ON A LAP TOP. HE POINTED OUT PROBLEM AREAS TO US. FOUND THINGS NOT DISCLOSED BY SELLERS AND EXPLAINED THINGS IN DETAIL. WE BOUGHT THE HOUSE!
