It took them 9 months to get our new door installed. 6 months later the door was warping, swelling, and coming unglued. We could not shut the door because the deadbolt would not engage. They had given wrong dimensions for our door. They had $1000 deposit and I did not give him any more. The total was $1500 for the door and repairing 2 windows. He refused to do anything to deal with the problem, he would say he was coming and then not show up. He basically refused to deal with me. He wouldn't return my phone calls. My husband finally repaired the door a couple of weeks ago by putting $4.95 worth of shims in it. He was very unprofessional and would not give me the manufactures name to contact them to get the situation repaired.
