He returned my call promptly, arrived at the agreed upon time (Saturday hours, no less ... and even offered to arrive earlier than he had originally scheduled ... AMAZING!!!)), and was exceptionally well-qualified and able to transition us from the old to the new system in a very reasonable amount of time.
