Willy's Pool Service and Repairs

They comes by once a month and spend 10 minutes "cleaning" the pool. They don't vacuum the pool, they do minor scrubbing and skimming, then dump chemicals and leave. I got quotes from other pool services that charge the same or less, and they service the pool WEEKLY with vacuuming. My husband and I left messages and we never received a call back. At this point, it had been 4 weeks since the last service, and the deep end was turning green and there was algae along the walls. A week later, my entire pool had turned green so I called Willy's and left a message stating that I wanted to cancel services and I just needed a call back to confirm cancellation of services. Sharon Hahn, the owner of the company, was very rude and kept implying that I was lying until I sent her pictures of the pool. TLDR: DO NOT use Willy's Pool Service. They severely overcharge, don't come when they are scheduled to, lie about servicing, AND the owner is an ******.

I have had an awful experience with this company as the repairs were never fixed and I have been billed repeatedly. I am not paying the bill until this is resolved. I have also contacted them several times and have received no response.

THEY ARE TRUSTWORTHY AND PUNCTUAL. OVERALL, I THINK THAT THEY ARE A GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE ALSO VERY DEPENDABLE.
