I was a walk-in and asked if they could get this work done while i waited. They could and the wait was less than an hour. Next service at 55K is more extensive and I will make arrangements to leave the car.

A great service experience. I dropped the car off at 9 AM, and the work was completed by 11:30. The car tracks perfectly, and the steering wheel is dead on 12 o'clock.

I sent an email the previous evening and by early morning I had a message on my phone. It was Kevin. He had all the information I requested for my PT Cruiser. I decided to get the fuel system clean to see if that was going to solve my cars problem. It was running rough, using up gas and just not running right on the freeway, it seemed boggy. After talking to Kevin I decided to start with the fuel system, they were having a great special on the service I needed too. I took it in that afternoon and it was done in about an hour or so. The waiting room was nice and comfy, a little cool for me, but still, it was nice. They did the job and left my car very neat. No paper on the floor, no oil on the floor or pedals. Kevin told me the car was ready and that the keys were inside and it was running. I couldn't believe it was running! It was so quiet. It had been making a little noise from the rough running. The car ran great! Its running very smooth, not noisey. I am very happy with the service there and I will definately be taking my car back. These guys are all very nice and, despite the fact that it is an auto shop, the guys uniforms were all very clean. They obviously have pride in what they do.

I have been going to Bear Torrance Auto Repair for a long time now. They do their job well and they are honest.
