It is really nice. It is well kept. If you tell people about it, you can get 5,000 dollars. When you are in a wheel chair, you cannot go far. It is a senior project for people who do not have money to throw around. We are all on low income. It is based on your ability to spend time to stay here and they take the monies into consideration so, one person may pay full amount and another may pay according to what they can afford. I pay less. They go through your apartment and make sure it is clean and they determine the amount you would pay by what you have financially. It is a senior building; you are on your own. You come into the community room and the property manager sits down, describes all of the things, and shows them. She takes all of the information that makes the guideline. There is not a whole lot of vacancies on this property. The owner watches careful to what it looks like and they question the happiness of the people that are there. It is something that is run very well. My overall experience has been excellent. I think they are very kind in what they do. I am very satisfied. They get right on any problem, they have paper that you fill out, and they come through and take care of the problem it is very easy. Sometimes they have major projects and you have to wait longer than you would like. I would recommend them. It is such a small community. Things are so close that you do not have to drive a car. You can walk the distance. This is important for seniors. You have to give up your driving at some point in life and this is making it possible to have a community that is close and be in walking distance of things.
