WE HAVE A VERY GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM. WE WOULD USE THEM AGAIN. WE'RE HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE. THEY USUALLY CAN FIX THE PROBLEM. IT MAY TAKE A DAY OR TWO, BUT THEY DO FIX THE PROBLEM. SOMETIMES THEY CAN FIX IT OVER THE PHONE OR OVER THE INTERNET. THEY'RE HELPFUL WITH NEW IDEAS AND NEW PROGRAMS THAT WE WANT. THEY INTRODUCE NEW PRODUCTS TO US THAT WE DON'T KNOW ABOUT LIKE PROGRAMS FOR VIDEO OR PICTURES. THEY HAVE EASY TO USE PRODUCTS AND UPDATED PRODUCTS.
