Very misleading company! I purchased a Serta full size latex mattress. It was delivered and there was little black things on the mattress and I picked them off. I was wondering why they were there when I opened the mattress from the plastic. Also two black marks were on it. I had a sense that was weird and checked the mattress each of two days later and found more little black things that were not there before. I was worried there was an infestation. At that point I put the black things in a plastic baggy and took it to the store. The manager told me to put that away and called immediately for a replacement. The replacement was sagging and they sent out an inspector and it qualified for ANOTHER replacement. The next replacement didn't have a label, when all the others did! They sent out an additional inspector for this mattress and they would not give me his report on the mattress, all I had to go on was the VP telling me it was fine. They would not give me a refund. So I called the BBB for assistance in getting my money back. When I finally did it was a few weeks later. I had to talk to their Vice President to get the refund. The VP was not very professional on the phone. When I checked with the BBB, another complaint was on there about someone else receiving a refurbished mattress. Not to mention that I was pressured by them enticing me with additional discount.
