The master electrician and assistant was very professional and evaluated and then demonstrated the danger of the existing installation and why and how to repair due to large mess created by former contractor. Working in small attic space were very difficult, but they maintained professional attitude as they worked thru the situation to bring reasonable and safe resolution to existing conditions. The owner reviewed the entire situation and stayed involved as required

The scheduler was very helpful, even suggesting a place to buy fixtures, but we had already purchased them. The electrician did everything in one visit. The fixtures in the bathroom were installed over a large mirror above double sinks. About a month later, I noticed a crack in the mirror above one of the lights. Because of the holidays, I didn't get around to calling Sun Electric to see if they would take care of replacing the mirror until January--almost 3 months later. I didn't have much hope that they'd be willing to assume any responsiblity after such a long time had passed. Was I wrong. Sandy in the office had me email her pictures of the cracked mirror. That same day, she contacted a glass company to take care of the problem. Then she followed up with a phone call to make sure the glass company had called me to set up an appointment. I now have a new mirror, completely installed, with Sun Electric picking up all expenses. I couldn't be happier. I would recommend this company to everyone!!!
