Perfect! They guys arrived on time, were extremely knowledgable and helpful, and did an excellent job. They mentioned to me that my job was small enough to come in under their minimum, and that they could do the living-room area rug at no additional charge. These guys are "old school"; they've been doing this work since the 70's and are true professionals.

They were really good. They were more expensive than the other ones, but they still did a better job. I didn?t really interact with them much other than them picking up and dropping off the carpets. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

They are great, honest and well priced. They do it themselves. The owner themselves do all the work. They are punctual, personable and honorable. They have what i call a "gloppity glop machine" that will suck the chrome off of a bumper hitch. They can restore carpets that look like they are ready to be trashed.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEY'RE PUNCTUAL. THEY COME WELL PREPARED, AND THEY WORKED VERY METHODICALLY. THEY'RE FRIENDLY. THEY'RE FOCUSED. I WOULD SAY THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB. IT'S VERY CLEAN. IT IS JUST AS I WOULD EXPECT.
