We just purchased our first house and the carpet were in good shape so we decided to just have them cleaned along with our sofa so we can have a clean start in our new home. We called Mark because he was recommended to us by my parents and my wife use to use him when she use to manage apartments. We called Mark on Monday and he said he could do it on Tuesday but we still had painters in the house so we had to reschedule. Mark said he was booked for Wednesday and could do it on Thursday, then he said he could try to squeeze it in at the end of his day on Wednesday. Mark came and did it great job, there was on spot we were concerned with by the back door and Mark was able to get it out, our carpet looks new again. Thanks Mark!

THEY WERE ON TIME AS SCHEDULED. PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH. HONORED THE PRICE THAT WAS QUOTED. CLEANED IN A TIMELY MANNER AND LEFT ME WITH A VERY CLEAN COUCH.
