I am submitting a late report (update) from my initial review in 2/15. I became dissatisfied with this company because there were always things left undone and I had to repeatedly call and ask management to remind the crew to clean routine things that were supposed to be done every time. Also, as I stated in my initial review, the cleaning often appeared to be superficial. I feel the service fee was way too high for the mediocre quality. To their credit, the manager I spoke with was always very polite and apologetic. Nevertheless, I had to let them go last year because the quality of cleaning was so inconsistent. This seems to be the case with so many of these services; they start out great and then deteriorate over time. Very disappointing!
