Excellent. He was able to find the part needed rather than replacing the entire unit. I have hired him again when we had a problem at another property. Honest, hard working and reliable.

I called Neal around 10 am and left a message. Neal called me back later in the day and came to my house the same day! Neal was able to quickly identify the problem (I originally thought the valves needed replacement) and re-wired the valves. When he went to test each station, we noticed that one of the sprinkler heads was broken. Neal fixed it very quickly. I found Neal to be very professional, friendly and extremely responsive (came the same day).

I found my old receipt, and found the company was "A" listed on Angie's list. I phoned, left a message, and the next day Neal returned my call, and in 15 minutes was at my house. In 5 minutes, he had my inoperative line working (I am ashamed how simple that was), and shortly he replaced seven worn-out sprinkler heads on the second line. Both systems now work fine; ready for another fifteen years. Thank you, Neal. (Note: he says he only performs repair work on sprinklers, not new installations.)

A PVC sprinkler pipe was leaking underneath my concrete and brick patio. SB Sprinklers made the repair by plugging the broken pipe and diverting a new pipe along the side of the house and connecting to the appropriate sprinkler station. A job well done.

Very punctual, and he figured out why my water bill shot up 5x. Water Company said the neighbor's palm tree root had split the sprinkler water line, and I'd need to tear up my driveway. But Neal found that it was simple problem with an old sprinkler valve. He replaced it immediately, and my water bill is back to normal. Very happy with his service.

Came on time (two visits); listened to and resolved several problems I was having; reasonable and efficient service; came when he said he would and did what needed to be done; good company to call back and refer.

We were orginally told by the water company that our sprinker system had a leak in the pipes, and we'd need to tear up our driveway to fix the leak. However, Neal came and figured out that it was simply an old leaky valve right by the sprinker timer. He fixed it in less than an hour, and our water bill is now back to normal. Fantastic job! Strongly recommend his services. He also made sure all our sprinklers were working propery. Really terrific experience..

This person was very reasonably priced. He fixed a number of pipes and electrical wires that have been damaged through out the years. He was very hard working. He has been here for the past 3 days. He is a very nice man and good to work with. I will use him again. I told him that if something is wrong with my sprinklers I will not let the gardeners touch the sprinklers.
