It is ghastly, over and over and over again. It has been that way with every experience I have had. You can’t speak to a manager because there is no such thing. I’ve asked to speak to the manager and I was told they don’t have a store manager. They say that they are all empowered to help the situation but they don’t help the situation. My experiences with them have been nothing but grief. The bad news is that they are usually top rated in Consumer Reports. The appliances may be okay but the service? Forget it.
