I was very happy, because I wanted a truck. Matter of fact, they sold me the truck off the showroom floor. The price was real good, it was later in the year so the newer model was coming out, the 2008, so they discounted it, because they knew I could have waited a couple of month or so and bought a newer one but this one had all the stuff I wanted, all the bells and whistles. Took about 4 hours to complete the sale. The sales guy was really excellent, he didn't have much to do, so the truck I wanted had everything I wanted so there wasn't a bunch of extras or anything like that to put on it. They felt like they gave me an excellent deal, I felt that they gave me a fair deal. Of course they say excellent, it might have been excellent but, you know excellent means you also could have been cheaper. No oil changes for a year, just a tank of gas, tank of gas, tank of gas. I think they did everything, I mean they met all my needs and everything. When I look back they did everything, because they sold you additional features, I mean things that when I look back I see, not that it was a bad deal but you know they get you with those extras in the back room.

It was a coupon; I assumed it would cost more if I didn't have a coupon. I left it because it was close to my job. So, I walked back to my job and stuff. So, they called me and told me when it was ready. They came and picked me up to come get it. I bought the truck through them and bought the car through another dealership. It's always great. It's always an "A", the whole time I had my truck. The oil change, I think it was done in about an hour. It was very pleasant, very good. They explained everything. They did a 40 point check. They told me the condition of my tires and the condition of certain things that you should expect to get taken care of in the future, but not necessary right now. Looking at certain things by their measurements, not trying to sell you anything, it's just keep this in mind. I was very impressed, excellent. They're very confident in what they do. They're very confident in their work; confidence in their attitude makes you feel like they had your best interest. My first impression was in 2007, of course; I was very happy because I wanted that truck, matter fact they even sold me one of the showroom floor.

There was no sales pressure at all. I was able to go home that night, compare prices, and come back to purchase the vehicle. They were competitive to others and they met any price that I found elsewhere. My experience with them was real positive. This was my first Honda purchase and I would go back there again if I purchase another.

I have been using their services for about nine years now. They are located within walking distance to my home which makes them very convenient for me. They are always extremely professional. It is a pleasant atmosphere. You wait for your vehicle to be finished there or they will offer you a ride home. Each time you bring your vehicle in, they check for any recalls and complete the repairs. They have once completed a small repair on the back of the third row seating for no additional charge. They always do a great job and are very pleasant.

They are pretty good; fair. I had a couple of things I wanted them to check after the service was complete and they just told me that is how the car was made. Overall I would say I was pleased, but there a still a couple of things I still want them to check because I am still having a problem. It has to do with the headlights. Their service was good, but it could have been a little better.

They did a great job. I have been using those guys for a long time, about fifteen years. I feel like they do a great job. I feel like they don't make unnecessary recommendations. For a dealer shop I think the pricing is fair.

I made an appointment two days before and when I arrive, I waited about 5 minutes. Then they took my car in and we went shopping in a nearby plaza. Before we are done with shopping I already received the phone call telling us the car is ready.
Very fast on a busy Saturday morning. The first time oil change is free so that is a plus.

I have found them to been extraordinarily honest. They will tell me if I do not need something. They are on top of everything. I have never felt pushed to do anything. They are prompt, clean, and courteous. They have been good about the brakes. They tell me exactly what they are doing and showed me the cost of each and gave me coupons.

As previously mentioned the original simple oil change service for my mom's car, turned into a needed (recall- hose) service. I was happy I went to the dealership due to not knowing there was a recall on one of the hoses. The gentleman that services wrote up the order #2820,(name not included) did a wonderful job in answering all my questions. I was please at the lounge area, it was very clean, comfortable and had enough seating for the many customers. Free coffee and cookies!

I've been going to them ever since I got my Honda and that was fifteen years ago. My car runs great. The thing with a Honda is that the older parts are expensive and the only way you can save money is on the labor. Why not just go to the experts because you are still going to have to pay for the parts. They did warn me about the next service coming up and the part would be expensive. But my car is older, it's a 1995. They keep it running and prevent things from happening to the car. I go to them for everything because I trust them. I would rather have a good mechanic who knows what he is doing working on my car.

Scott Robinson Honda Service Center were able to identify the specific problem. They usually get the car back to me quickly, so that I don't have to use a rental.

They were friendly and courteous, no attitude. Even though my car is a toyota with molded doors, they did a great job on matching all the angles of the doors and the color. You cannot tell it has been in an accident!
