Sakura Appliance Repair

My mother-in-law's electric dryer stopped heating, and the first repair company she called said it would cost $520 to repair. Since the dryer was only 6 years old, we called Sakura, because they had been so good with my appliances. Alex showed up, checked it out. Less than a hundred dollars, and all is good! Her dryer is heating, and she has peace of mind! Thanks, Alex!

I called Sakura on a Thursday, they came for the initial visit promptly at 11 am ON A SATURDAY. Diagnosis took 45 minutes. They ordered the parts, called me when the parts came in, and set a service window for 2-4 pm 9 days later. Alex arrived at 3:15, took about one hour for the repair, and cleaned everything up afterward. The igniter works fine now, and he gave us advice for how to avoid this problem in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!

While I had a slight snag with the scheduling of the repair (due to a delay in receiving repair parts), Alex honored the date of the repair by personally driving to pick up the parts in Cerritos. He was able to very carefully pull the double oven from its location by rigging his tool cart and borrowing some spare car jacks that we had available. It worked and my oven was successfully repaired. Awesome!

So we were panicked when our washer door got broken but we called around and we are very glad we found these guys.
Very knowledgeable and very simple. Pricing was cheaper than any other company and we will definitely recommend them to everyone!

My whirlpool dryer wasn't heat up and I called Sakura Appliance Repair same day. They came around 1pm and fixed it in 30 min. Just paid $160 for heat element and thermostat. They also cleaned the hose for free. Amazing. Thank you so much guys!

This morning we found out that our refrigerator was barely working! So, we had to get it fixed immediately due to the amount of food in it. So the technician from the company showed up in 30 min after we called the office.  He defrosted  the ice in  the lower compartment and then replaced broken heater. Everything was smooth and professionally. We will definitely use them again.

I live in Torrance. My GE refrigerator stopped working around 6 pm yesterday. I immediately called Sakura Appliance Repair and the technician came around 7 pm yesterday evening, less than 1 hour. The company is local, awesome start! He told me that my compressor doesn't start because of some damage to the part that starts it. He included service fee for the visit and the total became just $150 with 1 year warranty on the part!!! Great! Back in business! Will recommend them to my friends.
