They were very irresponsible. Even though I have called them 3 times, they didn?t reply me. They also didn?t answer my email.

She is the best housekeeper that I have ever had. She is very thorough. She does a very good job. She always shows up on the same day, but never at the same time which was a bit off putting. However we have recently run into an issue. The phone number that I have for her doesn't work. She hasn't shown up for about two weeks. I just think that it's strange to not know where she is.

It went very well. It cost a little more than my previous service, but that was a once-per-week service and my house had not been cleaned for a long time. The cleaning was very thorough, including railings, window sills and other areas where dust collects along with a deep cleaning of the kitchens and baths.

Does everything but laundry - will put bedclothes in washer and dryer if time, but not part of the service , nor is ironing. However Rozi has a partner who cleans with her, they are both very thorough, pleasant and professional. We have 2 dogs and although they are not dog people they have made every effort to make the dogs feel comfortable and accept that they are part of the household. I come home every week and the house feels. looks and smells clean.

Rosie has been cleaning my house on a weekly basis for several years now. She is very reliable, and has never missed an appointment. She does a thorough job, and it's a joy to come home to sparking clean house when she is done. Her price is fair for the price of my home.

Rosie does a very good job. She works hard and the house is gleaming when she leaves.

Excellent - she is reliable, consistent and does a great job. She is a very nice, good person and works very hard. She is also extremely bright and has excellent common sense.
