RIGHT DISCOUNT FLOORING DONE

They were very nice in helping while we picked our materials out. Was told it would be a 7 day job. After that everything was downhill. They were very happy to accept our money, when it came to installing it was a nightmare. The installers don't work for them as we were led to believe. We had to wait for these guys to be free from other jobs. The worst service imaginable. The guy who installed the tile floor, had to wait for him to be free, he got started but had to wait for him to finish because he had to go back to his other job, ridiculous ! While the hardwood floor installer was very good, he worked for two other people, so I got half my house done then he had to stop for almost a week because he had a job to do in Newport Beach. Same with the kitchen, an absolute nightmare. I got in a day's work whenever they could fit me in. Today is February 1, 2016 five months later and I'm still waiting for one of my cabinets to be fitted with new latches because I had a defective latch for closing. They were paid and I don't expect it will ever be fixed. If you would ever want to use them, DO NOT PAY IN FULL UNTIL ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING IS TO YOUR SATISFACTION! When I would call and complain I would get a generic " I understand your frustration"
