On time. clean. did exactly what I wanted. I always use Randy's plumbing because I have never had a problem with any of their repairs. Three months ago they fixed a pinhole leak in a pipe and told me that repaired part will never leak again. I am planning on having them copper recipe my house soon.

As usual, no problems. Has completed several repairs in the last two or more years. He makes appointments promptly and keeps in touch by phone, if delayed. I have depended on his recommendations when replacing a water heater and garbage disposal. Is easy to work with.

The owner (Randy) and his son did the installation in the time (6 hours) estimated and all connections were done along with the clean-up afterwards. Replaster of cutouts to get access to existing water and gas supply was done as well as previous mention of clean-up when job was finished.

Randy's Plumbing and Heating I got a top of the line, energy saver, whatever else, water heater. I did the research to find out the top type of water heater on the market. It's a lot better than stuff from Lowe's and Home Depot and all that stuff. It's got an R16 rating, so you don't need to blanket it or anything. The old water heater wasn't earthquake strapped, but they did that too. That was included. And I got a 5% senior discount. They had replaced my pipes with copper about 15 years old, somewhere around in there, so I thought of them and I looked on your Angie's List. I seen that they were on the list. So I tried to give them a call. They looked at water heaters and did this and that. I talked to Randy himself. He recommended the Bradford White model, so I want to their site online, did a lot of research and decided that's the way I wanted to go. I called him up, that I wanted to do it. He looked and gave me the price. They actually said, "Okay. We can do it this morning for you." So, what we'll do now is send the guy over to Bradford White's warehouse and we'll pick up the water heater and be right over.

They showed up on time, were very professional and their price was competitive. I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Have used Randy's Plumbing 3 times for various repairs. Have had no problems with them. Although fairly expensive, they do not have to come back after a repair. They do the job right the first time.

Randy is clean neat experienced professional and does very good work but has a biased viewpoint and is very EXSPENSIVE.

They showed up on time. The cost was the same as the estimate. They are very courteous when they are there. They always clean up everything before they leave my house.

I called Randy on a Wednesday and left a message with his secretary as he was out on a job for the day. He called me first thing Thursday morning, and we set up for him to come out Monday morning between 9 and 10. He arrived promptly at 9:00 with his son and they capped the outside gas line as I am having an old pool heater removed. He then came into the house to re-light the pilot light and check the dryer to make sure everything was working. He also installed a new plastic pipe to connect two existing pipes and bolted each end. He was there less than an hour.

Randy was an excellent technician. He was on time, extremely knowledgeable and explained what the problem was. My fireplace caused him some problems, but he kept at the job, never complaining and keeping up an ''I can do it'' attitude. If Randy does half the job with regular plumbing jobs that he did with my gas leak; then I have found a plumber for life! I recommend this company highly.
