Pro Construction

We bought a new home that had existing roof problems. We decided to try and save money by going with a less expensive contractor. We have a flat roof and it was clear by looking at it where the low spots and problems with puddling existed. We hired a Pro Construction to fix the roof. All they did was peel off the old stuff and slap on a new one. They never bothered to fix the low spots or even advise us about the problems. After the first big rain I climbed up on the roof and saw some big puddles. So I called him up to come fix it. His answer was that it wasn't his problem but he'd throw me a bone by adding another drain to drain the low spots. So he did and there are still puddles. Oh, and his idea of adding another drain, is sheet metal that extends about 1 foot off the roof. When the rain falls its like a waterfall off the back of the house. STAY AWAY! This cheap alternative will cost you more in the long run.
