 + -1 moreThey're really efficient. They also respond to your requests in writing to let you know that they've received your requests and let you know that they've taken care of said requests. They even send me pictures and ndash; before and after and ndash; of all the work they do. They send me the before picture of what needs to be done, wait for my approval, and then do the work and send me an after picture. I've been very happy, very satisfied, with them so far.
Description of Work: Every week I've been calling them recently. They've become the manager for my mom's property because I'm out of state. Plumbing & small repairs. They'll be doing other work very soon.
