The service men come every week. They keep our pool and equipment in great working order. There have been no problems since we changed pool cleaning services, very pleased so far with the professionalism and courtesy.

came Paradise Pools was outstanding. They were responsive, punctual and completely professional. Paradise came out and did an inspection and bid for free. I especially appreciated that they provided a bid only for the work that was necessary to get the spa open and another with additional suggested repairs which we can do in the future. I will definitely be calling Paradise again when it's time to make spa improvements or if I ever have any problems with my spa. Can't recommend them enough!

We're very pleased with them. We've used them for almost 15 years. One thing that we particularly appreciate about them is when things needed to be repaired, they really are good at working with us to come up with the most practical and economic solution. Their first answer isn't always, "Well, you need a new one." We really appreciate that a lot.
