I think their service is excellent. They have a fantastic return policy, if a customer buys something and is not happy with it there is not a problem with them taking it back. Anything a customer needs and if they don’t have it in their warehouse they would get it for the customer. They usually meet anyone else’s price, in other words if a customer goes in there and has an advertised price from another company or even something that is an online item they usually meet the price. Price wise they are not as deep discounted but they will match prices.

They were excellent, very helpful and accommodating. I had asked them if they could replace the first stove with a better quality, and they did just that, took the old one and gave me a new one. The stove was a little more expensive but it's been very satisfactory.
