Very good. After having 4 techs look at my unit One Way was the only honest company that was capable and willing to repair it considering it was 25 yrs old.

He diagnosed the problem as probably bad electrical boards.  He said he would talk with technical support at Fujitsu to confirm the diagnosis and get a price to replace the parts, and that I would hear from them in a few days.  I never received calls from the company, but I called them a few times.  Each time, I spoke with a receptionist who had to check with the technician.  On 9/21 I was told by this receptionist that the technician still did not have an estimate for repairs, and that it would take "a long time" to get this estimate.  However, they could replace the system for $4000.  I asked to receive even an approximate estimate as soon as possible and never heard from them again.  In the mean time, I had another company do the repairs for $1273.

The people doing the work were always polite and professional and were available to answer any questions we may have had. The cost of the new furnace did not include approximately $750.00 for removal of asbestos duct work by an Abatement company used by One Way Heating. We are pleased with the work done by One Way and would use them again.

They came back Randy and his son Josh were amazingly professional. What shocked me was the fact that we had 2 or 3 estimates for $1300 to $1700 to fix some of the return ducts for the heater in the attic where the material had fallen apart...Randy came in and qouted me $125. Amazing! I love One Way Heating! Both times they came-they were on time to the minute. What a great company. I would recommend them to anyone!! They didn't overchargeMarch until June

Prior to this repair, I'd been lucky enough to be referred to this company by a competitor when I was seeking a solution to a tenant complaining of excessive vibration from the main compressor. Randy was able to provide a simple and inexpensive fix to the vibration problem and thus he was the first person I called for this problem when it was apparent that the A/C wasn't able to produce cold air.
On the first visit to look at the lack of cooling problem, Randy quickly verified that the refrigerant had leaked and he saw evidence of a past attempt to fix a leak. This previous repair (unbeknownst to me had been performed when I had the equipment originally installed) had failed. Randy suggested that the manufacturer (Amana/Goodman) usually provided a 10 year warranty on the compressor and that he'd call his representative and see if the warranty would cover the repair. Randy got back to me and said the manufacturer would cover the cost of a new condenser, but not the labor and other materials. I agreed to pay the labor and materials and told him to proceed with obtaining the replacement part. About 10 days later he notified me that he had the part and would install it as soon as possible.
On the day of the installation, he worked steadily to perform what became clear to me was a difficult task of removing and replacing the largest part of the compressor unit located in a tight location on a third floor balcony. Soldering the tubing connections was particularly onerous because they were buried near the bottom of the compressor and he had do it while perched upside down on top of the unit!!
Randy worked hard all afternoon but didn't let up until the job was done and the system back in service. After all he did, the bill was so reasonable! I so appreciate that he was willing to do the difficult job of fixing the existing compressor instead of insisting on replacing the entire unit at probably 3-4 times the repair cost!

Worked until the problem was solved. I was only charged for the work on the actual problem and fix.

Perfect. First job I had done before remodeling my 1955 home. This house had a wall heater only. One Way Heating installed a new heater / AC unit , plus ran all duct work and the vents. The attic had almost no pitch so I was really happy it could be done at all. All went well and I am extremely happy with the job. Would hire them for any heater air installation, or any job in this category.

Very professional. I went by their office and was impressed. They seem to be very efficient. The owner came out for the estimate and went through everything with me and answered all my questions.

Best thing I can say is that they were nice people. One Way made an appointment in a 2 hour window. They didn't show up on time. Didn't apologize when they finally called 30 minutes after the 2 hour window to tell me it would take another 45 minutes to get to the job. Took the furnace apart, didn't put a tarp down over the carpet, got soot on the carpet. The soot can't be removed. They thought the fire box just needed cleaning so they took it with them. They called me 2 days later to say the fire box was defective and I needed a new furnace. One Way wanted $900 to replace the entire wall furnace, which might be the going rate. However, my regular plumber installed a new furnace for $500 total.
