When installing two cables for the sprinkler system my son and I accidently drilled though a 1-1/2" plastic conduit containing about 14 wires that whet underground from the garage where the meter and breaker panel are located to the house. All the circuits seemed fine except one which went to the air conditioner. Mike came out surveyed the damage and determined that only one wire was damaged. Mike found a spare and changed everything to the spare. He marked the damaged wire as "unusuable" at the three places it could be accessed. I consider Mike to be very honest and honorable as he could have easily said that all 14 wires needed to be replaed at a much higher cost.
