I am a State of California “Certified General Real Estate Appraiser” specializing in Single-Family Homes, Condominium/Townhouse Units and Income Properties. I also provide appraisals for personal use including estates, estate settlement, trusts, tax purposes, pre-listing and probate etc. I am committed to a stress free, quick turnaround time while paying close attention to the specific needs of each individual client.
