Everything went smoothly and professionally. There was no charge since the vehicle was under warranty.

Extremely well. I called the day before and relayed the concern about service light and they said they would take care of it, Just come in before 3:00 p.m. The service manage listen to my concern and had be out in 10 minutes.

No response when left phone calls. Paid $900.00 but still the problem not fixed.

Will not ever go back.  Too expensive, to much of a rip off, and not worth the pain and suffering

They do a very good job. I've been using them all the time and they always do a good job.

My experience with them has been wonderful. They have two service facilities and I use the one in Manhattan Beach. The service is good and they work really well with my schedule so I can drop my car off or pick up a car and go to work. If there is anything out of the ordinary, they take me right away and I don?t have to wait too long. They are very friendly and helpful.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were very helpful. They weren?t aggressive. When I told about the other offers from the other dealers, they listened to them. Later, they matched the offers and beat them. It was a pleasant surprise. I leased a new car for four years, for $600 per month. The price was very competitive. I?ll definitely use them again.

I just love them and they are fantastic. For the past four years, I have been going there and I have always been given great customer service. Every time they give me a loaner vehicle, which is really convenient, but it can be a bit pricey.
