They are excellent!!!!!!! They just water jetted our tree roots, we have lots of root balls, and they saved us. We highly recommend, J. McKeeve Plumbing. They are the absolute best plumbing company we have used in 40 years. The best! 310-517-1804

Robert the plumber told me that owner McKeeve said the 15 minute labor and parts was $225 flat rate. When I asked for a breakdown, Robert said the trip charge is $125. Then he said the two tiny plastic parts were $46 ($23 each). That would be $171, not $225. He replied the owner wants $225--this was Friday 5/4/18 at 1:30 p.m., non-emergency visit. I confirmed with the local plumbing supply company that the two little parts were $3.03 (2 elbows to a home water filter). Integrity is important to me in business. This is a shame.

It worked but I think it is expensive to pay $147 to drain the sink. It is my own fault because I should have asked for the price before.

These guys are the best. They repiped my entire house in four days. The water was kept on except for short interruptions. The workmanship was excellent. They did a complete cleanup every evening.

They did a great job. They were extremely responsive to a call on a Sunday morning. They called back quickly and responded in 1 hour. They fixed a really bad leak quickly and replaced two valves.

They've always done an excellent job.

I think I've explained it above. Bottom line is that Jeff managed to fix what several other plumbers had given up on -- other than punching a hole in the exterior of our house. Both Jeff and his sub-contractor exhibited the utmost professionalism and expertise. My spa tub now works -- and we didn't have to bring in someone to swing a wrecking ball into the side of our house.

The installation went ok. I had a bad feeling about the job from the beginning. He was referred by a good source, so I trusted it. My Mistake. I had just had both bathrooms tiled, and I purchased 2 high end Toto toilets, and needed them installed. Now that I have been reading reviews on Angie's List ... I realize I was overcharged major! Nothing I can do about it now. The work was easy, took only 2-3 hrs. My fault for not doing my homework. I just was so anxious to complete the bathrooms.

We just like the owner. He is a nice guy. He is very professional and responsive.

Done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up soon after the job was completed. Very happy!

They ran some water upstairs to make their best guess as to the location of the leak, and ended up opening the ceiling right where the water was dripping onto the ceiling. The source was a cast iron drain pipe in the ceiling that was cracked completely along a five foot section. They had to replace the entire length of course, but really minimized the amount of ceiling that had to be opened. They also explained that cast iron plumbing that doesn't get used develops this problem, and it was certainly the case here - this pipe served a little used bathroom. As I said in an earlier review of a different job, these guys are professionals. You might pay a bit more, but you'll get an outstanding job.

These guys are real professionals. They explained how the work was going to be done before starting. I like to watch while the work is in progress, and there were no missteps. They arrived with four people and got everything done in less than a day.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIM, AND CHECKED ALL THE PROBLEMS WE REPORTED. THEY TOOK NOTES OF ALL THE PARTS NEEDED TO FIX THE JOB. THEY WENT OUT TO BUY THEM, CAME BACK THE SAME DAY, AND TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING.
