We are a family owned and operated business that has been serving the dog and cat community in the South bay of California for over 15 years. With a life-long love of pets we readily subscribe to the highest pet industry standards in the care and grooming of your pet. We are members of the National Dog Groomers Association, Better Business Bureau, and willingly support the humane treatment of pets and animal rescue Foundations. Our experienced groomers are personable and have many years experience around pets so you can be assured that your pet will be in good hands. We aim to create informal and lasting relationships with our clients and pets, that’s why our preferred client program works so well.To help us take good care of you and your pet we maintain individual records of owners and their pets and any observations that we find whilst grooming will be noted and brought to your attention. We conduct our business with honesty and integrity and encourage owners to share in the health and happiness of their pet. We can willingly provide references and customer testimonials on request.

"Hi [Member Name Removed] I'm not surprised to read your review after receiving two unpleasant emails from you, which the content was unnecessary. Vince our groomer who you gave great review the first visit and had communicated with him previously was parked on your driveway for an hour waiting for you, as you had requested a late afternoon appointment. [Pet Name Removed] was barking in the house when we rang the door bell. Vince messaged you and called you, but he did not get a response. Addditionally our office tried calling you as well, but you did not answer. The reason for the price difference was that the first grooming Cola had was a hair style and grooming and the second appointment 3 weeks later Cola only required a bathing service. Your accusation off us charging inappropriately is unfounded, we charge a reasonable price for what service is needed. Our reputation is of upmost importance to us and is recognized by many happy Angie's List members as well as other social media review sites. Mike"
Looking forward to one of the staff (probably not Mike since he is in such high demand these days!) coming over tomorrow for a second go round. Sh'e become a hot (Yorkie) mess again so it's time!

- I was very happy with the service provided and overall experience. The scheduler was very helpful in setting up a time that fit my schedule. I was able to schedule an appointment the week I called. The groomer arrived about 10 minutes early, and carefully listened to my specifications and concerns related to my dog. The groomer patiently took 2 hours to work on my dog and he came out looking great. Payment was easy, and I could use a credit card with the option to add a tip. Lastly, the grooming van was clean both inside and out. I have already recommended them to my neighbors.

She smelled great and they trimmed some of the wild hair growth around her toes/feet, ears, and in her hind area, exactly what I had asked them to do. Not too much, I was very pleased with the results. The groomer gave us some great recommendations for products for her persistent foot licking problem, and also informed us of some dry skin patches as well.
I gave an A on everything except punctuality, not because they were late, but actually because both times we have used them they ended up being very early. Fortunately for me, that isn't a problem as I work from home, but I could see it potentially being an issue for someone who may be timing their day. I imagine if I wasn't here, they would have returned at the designated time and no harm done. I hesitate to even mention it actually.
Definitely very happy and will certainly use them again.

From the notes relating to this booking I can see that the groomer and office staff tried calling you on a number of occasions between 3pm and 5pm to advise we were running late and would need to reschedule. No one answered the phone and there was no voicemail for us to leave a message. The following day we tried several times to reach you but again no one answered. Our apologies for your disatifaction and any inconvenience caused. We did not have any other means to call you other than the home number on file."
