They have a nice facility, the business center is very good, it was a safe environment to do some work while getting your car serviced during the Covid, very helpful, very knowledgeable, it was a quality organization and I kept loyal to people and provides professional service.

Last Saturday, 4/16, was my third time going to the service department at South Bay Lexus and I'm relieved to say that my trunk release was finally fixed. Edwin was friendly and most importantly set great expectations and delivered on them. The first two visits were disappointing, but I was most disappointed by the fact that I emailed Bill the service manager and never heard back from him. Below was my email to him on 4/11. Hi Bill, I've been disappointed and unhappy with my experience with the service department of South Bay Lexus so far. I first brought my car in for service on March 19th, my back hatch button was broken. John was my service consultant and after having the technicians taking a look he let me know that the part was confirmed broken and had to be ordered. This visit took 2.5 hours and it was much longer than I had anticipated especially since I had made an appointment. John reached out to me on March 23rd to let me know about the survey I received and I had to ask about my part to find out that it will arrive the next day. He let me know the part will take about 5 minutes to install so I can bring my car in whenever. I brought my car back in on Saturday morning, March 26th. Andy helped me out since John was out that day. This visit was disappointing on 2 fronts. First, the part ordered was in the incorrect color. I understand people make mistakes and I would have been slightly annoyed but understood if that was all. What made it worse is that it took 1.5 hours to let me know that the part was incorrectly ordered. On Friday, April 1st, after not hearing anything about the part for my car, I texted John to find out if he had been informed what happened the previous Saturday and to find out if my part has arrived. I never heard back. So, I called the service department today to find out what the status is. It turns out the part for my car had arrived and I made an 8am appointment for Saturday morning. I sincerely hope there are no mishaps and that it is my last visit. I'm thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience thus far. I expect better service from any service department much less a Lexus service department.

I would look at buying a new car here. The staff is wonderful. However, auto repairs are high
