Each and every time I start a job, I realize that it is personal. I am entering into a client’s home to make changes that will enhance their every day life, and this is personal. Each client’s needs are different. When a client enters into a relationship with my company, I attempt to get involved with who they are and what their needs and expectations are. I can build simple and I can build complex and/or intricate; it all depends on the client’s needs. Most projects are a mixture of both. Either way, I deliver a product that is built to last. My name is attached to each project I work on and I want to make it right We do everything we can to get it right the first time. My biggest responsibility is to help you make the correct choices by relying on qualified professionals (architects, designers, engineers, and talented creative trades people) that excel at what they do. I also ensure that the actual construction process is as smooth and as clean as possible with the least amount of inconvenience to you and your family. I believe that good communication is key to a successful project. We (my associates and I) will help you to create a home that looks right, feels right, and works right. My company has been licensed and bonded since 1992. I “cut my teeth” in this business installing doors and windows along with finish carpentry (trim moldings such as casing, baseboard, and crown moldings). This project went very smooth and came in under budget. The sub-contractors Mr. Mitchell used were very reliable, punctual,
and courteous. Because I live in a small house with only one bathroom and I am handicapped it was imperative that the coordination of the project be done with minimal disruption. All phases of the remodel were done with my comfort and convenience in mind..
The entire project, from demo to conclusion, was done in three weeks and came in approximately $2000 under budget.
