Infiniti South Bay

I feel they really respond to their customers.  They notify me of recalls and stuff.  They offer customer shuttle service to pick up and drop off as well as loaner cars.

I did a great deal of research for a new car lease and then put in a request for information on the car I wanted (an Infiniti QX70). I received several responses from Infiinti car salesmen in Southern CA.  I was not in a rush so I communicated all of my questions over a period of several weeks (because of a busy schedule) to make sure I was getting the best deal.  Usually, you get a salesman trying to unload their inventory, or not giving you all the numbers upfront.  I narrowed it down to three different dealerships and two of them failed what was most important to me - customer service and honesty.  The salesman I chose to lease from was AARON LUMEN at AutoNation nfiniti South Bay.  He was persistent, but not obnoxious; went out of his way to make sure all the numbers worked for me; that I got the car I wanted with all the right specs; didn't hide or try to play games, etc.  I pre-qualified the credit application and best of all, he delivered the car to me personally and I signed all the papers in the comfort of my own home on a Sunday afternoon.  He was wonderful and has since followed up a few times to make sure I'm happy and understand all the technical aspects in my new car.  I took a ride to the dealership last weekend to have them take care of a couple of things and Aaron sat with me in the car and gave me an additional hour lesson.  I can't vouch for any of the other salesmen, but he is far and away THE BEST!!  I would highly recommend him if you are interested in an Infiniti.  Love the car!

Those guys are amazing. They are very cool. I have been using them for about 8 years. A great contact person there is Kim. He is amazing. He's just so cool and the best guy there to talk to. They are great and I have been going there for a long time. They get 4 out of 5 stars everywhere. They are really friendly, they lend you a car and they always call you if there is anything else wrong with the car, they let me know. They don't try and sell it to you, they just say "heads up, in the future you may need this. Just keep an eye out for it." I have spent anywhere from $30.00 to $1,000.00 depending on what the car needs. They do wash your car every time they take it. I have tried a couple of other places and the price was the same, to be honest. I just trust this place and more than anything, its the people there who are awesome. The quality is great; they use all original parts. They are very responsive. If I leave a message, they call me back quickly. I will absolutely continue to use Infinity.

Because of the quality of this company's ongoing service, my car has 110,000 miles on it and runs like new. Because I use them for all my car needs, they have my full service record. They keep on top of everything. That's why they checked my brake pads on this visit; they had looked at them the last time I brought the car in and thought they might need to be replaced. As it turned out, they didn't. They gave me an Infiniti loaner car for the day, which is great for me because I need a car to do my job. I'm usually in and out of there in ten minutes. They're honest and they don't gouge me. As soon as the car was done, they called me on my cell phone. Then I got a follow-up call asking if I was satisfied with the service and scheduling my next appointment.

I am very unhappy with this company and it's representative. When I bought my car every one was so very nice and they treated us well as long as they sold us a car, 3 year manufacturer warranty, and lowjack. But now that I am trying to get my car repaired and it is something that they have done. (repaired a damaged fender before they sold it) They are not helpfull at all and are even rude about it. I feel that this company is one of the worst companies that I have dealt with in terms of customer service. Every one should know about this place and the way they treat customers.
