Jose replaced fan motor and thermostat for roof/attic fan while keeping the original exterior fan housing in place to minimize total cost of replacement. Came to house the next day after being contacted and completed all work within a couple of hours using fan parts he had in his truck. He did excellent work and the newly installed fan is running much quieter than the original fan ever did.
