The employees are friendly, professional and offer great customer service. They have very competitive pricing and the repair work is phenomenal. They even finished my car a day early! I would highly recommend their service and if I ever need a body shop in the future I will be coming back to Gordon's!

The estimator was not in the office but was expected in a hour. They took a picture and promised a call that afternoon. No call came. I called the following day and was promised a call in 20 minutes. No call came.

TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!  You've been in an accident and are already rattled, now what?  I went on Angie's list, liked what I read about "Gordon's" and went in there.  They were great, and you know what, they were very nice folks too. Of course, I had two other estimates, one from the insurance company recommendation, but felt like they'd get to me when they get to me.  One didn't call me back for two days.

     The team at "Gordon's"  contacted me regularly with updates and went "above and beyond".  My car looks and drives great!  I'm so glad I listened to my fellow Angie's Listers.  Thanks  Terry

We were very pleased with the overall experience.  Ingrid was friendly and helpful.  She even had her crew use the remainder of the clear coat from the side door to spruce up the rest of the vehicle.  I highly recommend Gordon's and will definitely use them again.

Gordon's did an outstanding job. They received the car late Monday. Provided a detailed assessment of the non-visible damage Tuesday, ordered the parts and had the painted car available Thursday afternoon, exactly when they said they were targeting to have the car finished. In addition to the accident damage they also buffed scratches out that were near the damage site. Even though the car is new it now looks even better than when it was on the lot. Gordon's was extremely easy to work with. Their completed product is excellent and they finished the job on time. State Farm was also extremely easy to work with and through and the Rental Car provided by State Farm from Enterprise was an excellent car and Enterprise came to pick up the car at Gordon's when my son came to pick it up. All three companies did an excellent job. It is easy to recommend Gordon's for quality auto body work and I would gladly go back to them.

My Acura needed bodywork from rear collision. I took it to Gordon's of Torrance, Dan gave me $600.00 estimate. I had repair estimates from two other places and this was a very good price. I took the car to his shop on Wednesday, he said the car will be ready three days later on Friday. On Friday, the car was ready and repaired beautifully. Also, I noticed the car was cleaned inside out and the tires were shined too. Dan, Ingrid and maintenance people are very professional group of people, but very friendly, honest and courteous. I would highly recommend their service to anyone.
