While working on a landscaping project, I discovered a puddle of water in the grass. It turned out that the line going to the water main was cracked. No wonder my trees looked so green. I was leaking gallons per minute. I called around and found estimates of over $1000. Frank came and dug up the area, gave me an estimate after he dug rather than before, then handled the problem honestly for 225. The others were talking about taking out the whole water line instead of just repairing it. Saved a lot of time and trouble.

Great, technician Burt on time and Frank stopped by to make sure job going OK. Clean, hauled all trash away, worked through several difficulties to make water heater fit including adding a drain pan and drain pipe to outside. Bid job from several recommended firms. Frank very competitive and prompt. Have a lot of negative experience with commercial plumbers in business properties. Frank and Burt made a great impression and did an excellent job.

Fast, polite, clean, efficient, and helpful. Prices are very reasonable. I have had other work done since. Frank always looks for ways to save me money. He seems to be of the highest integrity and honesty.
