FairWay Cleaning Service Inc was started back in 2005 by a couple of customer service professionals who wanted to bring back integrity into the carpet cleaning industry. Due to requests from clients, we have grown to offer house cleaning, window cleaning & commerical janitorial, all at low prices. The daughter and mother team stole rings from my house. Realized it too late and I know for a fact that they stole from me because they put cheap fake rings in my jewelry box to make it look full and for me to not realize that they stole from me!!! DO NOT USE THEM!! THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING TO REPORT THE THEFT AND REFUSE TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE!!

The cleaning job went way beyond the original estimated time frame, but a call to the manager was enough to have them reschedule their crews so that the two-woman team could complete the job, which they stayed to finish into the evening. I feel that their prices were reasonable. We were very satisfied and would use them again, and would recommend them.

We were looking for a service who could provide a consistent team who we trusted to come out every other week to perform general house cleaning and an occasional deep cleaning. Over 10 cleanings we had approximately six different two person teams. They were rarely on time and each team performed to varying degrees.
The last straw was after a scheduled visit was cancelled one hour before their start time.
I have cancelled our service and won't be using them again.

Cleaned 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths, including base boards, windows (inside), vacuum, dusting, bathroom, etc. Great job, and highly recommend. Will use again.

These guys were awsome! The arrival time was between 11:30 and 12:00. They arrived at 11:30. I was sure they would be late. They came in assessed my carpet took a look at the stains, I have lots of young nieces and nephews, and got right to it. They treated the stains and cleaned the carpets. They were quick, courteous and very clean workers. I actually saw them in the Best Buy Guide and the price they advertised, $29.00 no size limit two room minimum, was the price I paid. Very good deal. My carpets look like new and they feel really nice. My persion cats are comfy again because any fleas that may have been in the carpet are gone. I will definately use these guys again!
