Equity Building Inspection

OK so I am the owner of a home they inspected. The problem is they left the home unsecured. Meaning under the home was left open for animals to enter for days till someone noticed it, and our in ground Jacuzzi was left open for someone to fall into. Very poor follow through. Good thing I didn't pay them.

John Buckley was our inspector and he did a very complete inspection of a home, inside and out. This is the second time I have used Mr. Buckley and he provided excellent service both times. I received my report only a few hours after the inspection was completed.

I just purchased my first house about a month ago. I called a few companies that my Realtor suggested and this company seemed to have the best experience and professionalism. I was not disappointment. My inspector, Michael Boeger, arrived early and really took his time with me knowing I was a first time buyer. His knowledge and experience were obvious as he took me through a comprehensive summary at the end of the inspection. He pointed out not only some problems but also took the time to educate on the basic systems of my new home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking about buying a home.
