Ed's Plumbing

The service was perfect. He is very professional. He has done quite a bit of work at our home fixing valves and clogged drains. He is also putting in a new tankless water system in our neighbor's home. He cleans up after a job. His prices are fair--I would recommend him to anyone. He has been our plumber for the last two years--he is better than anyone we have ever had.

His rates are very reasonable. When I called him, he responded quickly. He comes when he promises. He usually gets done pretty fast. He is very professional.

On Thursday (9/8) I noticed water leaking from the house onto an adjacent walkway. Checking a few areas for wetness indicated that there was a leak within a wall somewhere around one of two bathrooms. I called Ed and made an appointment for the next day, surviving by turning the water off except for brief periods of usage. Ed arrived as promised, located the leak and made the repair. He was able to access the leak by cutting a hole in the ceiling and a wall in the garage. The repair required removing an L-shaped section of copper pipe and replacing it. In addition Ed replaced an outside faucet that was soldered in.

This work was done over one year ago so I am having difficulty remembering exactly my experience with this company. I do remember that I felt they did very good work. I also remember feeling that I would use them again because they were very polite and mannerly. I can not recall what I paid them for the work that they did. I can tell you that they were one of the places that were willing to install this unit for us at one of the lowest prices that we could find. I feel that this company greatly pleased me. I would use them again and give them all A's.

ED HAS DONE EXCELLENT WORK NOT ONLY FOR ME BUT HAS TAKEN CARE OF MY WHOLE FAMILY FOR MANY YEARS. I WOULD NOT HESITATE CALLING HIM FOR ANY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. SO FAR, SO GOOD!
