I didn't like the sales so I went to Manhattan Beach and purchased, but I didn't like their service center. So I came back here for service. The workers seemed to have their act together, they have a waiting area for you.

It was a really good price, but we got the higher end model. It might appear to be expensive for the vehicle we bought. It was actually the best price we found for the version and the options. They were great. Communications, price, dealing with everything, they were fantastic.

It is really good. I like they also give me popcorn while I wait. They also have a shuttle service to bring me to the mall while I wait. It is really great.

It's pretty pricey over there. They needed to replace the gas cap and I had to pay over $100 for that gas cap. It was a lot. Pricing is not good there. They're good on quality.

In late February of 2015, I was assisting my elderly mother in purchasing a vehicle. On my own, I visited the dealership and found a car that I thought my mother would like and at what I thought was a great price. While most dealerships are filled with aggressive salespeople, I had to flag down a sales rep (Andy Bravo) to help me. It was late, so I decided not to test drive the vehicle at that time. After a brief discussion about the vehicle, I set up an appointment to check out the vehicle with my mother in a couple of days. About fifteen minutes before the appointment, Mr. Bravo called to make sure I was coming. He said nothing about the vehicle or its availability. When my mother and I arrived, we were very disappointed to find out that the vehicle was no longer available. Rather than be apologetic or show any appreciation for our disappointment, Mr. Bravo only gave a glib response to the effect that "cars sell frequently." If he had been a conscientious salesperson, I would have notified us right away that the car was no longer available. At that point, we felt like leaving and going to another dealership. Unfortunately, we didn't. We ended up purchasing another vehicle which was a year newer and of course, much more expensive. While completing the paperwork, which seemed to take forever, I had to leave for work (which I deeply regret doing). Before I left, I made it very clear to Mr. Bravo that my mother was going to pay cash for the car and under no circumstances were going to get any add-ons such as gap insurance, extended warranties, etc. Later, when the car was delivered, I found out to my horror that Mr. Bravo ignored EVERY single instruction that I had given him. First of all, they ran my mother's credit and financed the car. Secondly, they tacked on about every add-on imaginable. These add-ons added about FIFTY PERCENT to the cost of the vehicle. I WAS LIVID. I contacted the dealer immediately and gave the finance manger a piece of my mind. I drove to the dealer with my mother that same day and cancelled ALL of the add-ons to the vehicle. It was also at that time that I finally saw the Carfax. It turns out that there had been three previous owners of the vehicle including one that had purchased the car less than a month ago. It took until the end of JUNE until all of the add-ons were finally removed. WORSE AUTO BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER.

The drop off line was long and was mishandled. Cars that arrived after me were processed before me. The wait for a ride home was long.

It went very well. I did not have to use their shuttle service, although I have done so in the past bathe shuttle drivers are prompt and pleasant and this service is great. However, on this occasion, my husband was able to collect me. My car was ready by midday, felt good, and looked good on the outside. I noticed that the interior had not been vacuumed so when I pointed this out, it was vacuumed for me really fast and really thoroughly. Everyone at this dealership is always very pleasant and a joy to deal with.

It was awful. The provider overbooked the day and our 9 a.m. Appointment wasn't taken care of until after I complained to one of the service managers at 1:45 p.m.! I was so annoyed that my threat to give a negative customer survey once we were done resulted in him not charging us for the service and thus no survey was sent to us. In the past they have always come up repairs that they felt were necessary but a second opinion proved them to be incorrect.

Not good. The car was sold to us as and quot;Certifiedand quot; by Toyota. Had car checked by an independent repair shop and by Crown Toyota. Found oil leak, transmission leak, leaking head gasket, bad front and rear struts. Returned car 7/26/2013. The VIN Number is 2T1KR32E87C663681.

We are happy and have been going back there. They are very punctual. We wait in their customer lounge until they are done. If they run late, they will come and tell that they are running late. They also have a shuttle service where if it gets late, they will drop back to the resident and then come back to pick up when the car is ready to be picked up. We haven't done comparison shopping. We feel that whatever they are charging is worth. I will use them in the future.

They do a good job. I like that they know what they're doing and that they get the job done when they say they will. They're highly competent. They also give me a lift back and forth when I don't have a car and I need to get home.

I am very happy with the service this shop provides. They are very good people, and above all, very honest mechanics. They have never ripped me off or even tried to do it because I would know, given my previous experiences with auto shops. I consider their prices to be very fair given the fact that my car is almost 20 years old and needs a lot of work from time to time. I guess I would be satisfied with them just knowing that they are the ones who keep my car running for me all this time.
