My husband and I have been going have been going to them for many years for tires. They rotate and repair the tires for life for free. You can make an appointment or you can walk in. I have not had to wait longer than an hour and a half for the work to be completed. They have been terrific!

Great experience.  They were able to replace my furnace with a brand new Lenux and they came in $3,000 less than the other estimates I had received and I also received a rebate card good at Costco for $700!  Very happy with them!

They did a fine job installing the wall mount for the TV but the TV set-up was really not thorough. They quickly set it up but left very quickly without showing us how to use the Smart TV features. They were more interested in leaving than being sure the TV was set up correctly

He had a bad experience. It was incompetence, rudeness, and he finally returned his hearing aids because they were no good and it did not help. But they did take them back.

They are fantastic. Their prices are great. We were very happy with the results. They contracted out the work but we got discount prices through them. The work was guaranteed through them.

I really like that they came out the house so my parents could look at the carpet. They gave us a variety of options at different price points. They did not try to push high end stuff on us.

The price is great. I went to Rite Aid pharmacy who wanted to charge me $320.00 a month for a medication. The same medication is just $85.00 a month at Costco. They are really friendly. I had to ask the pharmacist a bunch of questions about effects from the medication and he gave me all good answers on that.

I mostly go to the Costco that's in Culver City, Marina Del Rey; although I do like the one that's in Torrance. The only complaint I ever have is the parking. The experience with them is always great. They have good products and a great return policy. I get value for my money. I have nothing but positives to say about them. The Costco at another location isn't crowded, and the parking isn't a problem there. I just bought some furniture from them; I ordered it online, sight unseen, and I am so pleased and satisfied. The delivery and everything was great. I would use them again without a doubt.

I've used Costco before to develop my film. Their quality is good, and you can get them developed online. Their employees were friendly and helpful towards me. The pictures are done when they say they are done, and the price seems quite reasonable.

I ORDERING MY SON'S BIRTHDAY CAKE 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE FROM THE COSTCO BAKERY. I PICKED THE CAKE UP WHICH WAS IN A REFRIGERATOR WITH OTHER DECORATED CAKES. MY SON'S NAME WAS MIS-SPELLED. I REVIEWED MY ORDER FORM TO SEE IF MY WRITING WAS NOT CLEAR. IT WAS PRINTED NEATLY AND WAS CLEAR TO SEE. I WAS NOT HAPPY! THEY FIXED THE SPELLING ON THE SPOT. I WAS SATISFIED.
