I was a repeat customer in the past and recommended them multiple times on Nextdoor, among the mom/parents networks on Telegram, and via word of mouth, but never again. They didn't mention a service charge on the phone when I called but sprang it on me after I asked for a written quote to discuss with my spouse.

Our job went well. The technicians were prompt, friendly but businesslike. After getting the estimate, I was able to schedule the installation within a few days. There was a problem when the first heater they installed was not operational, however they managed to locate another one and got the job completed the same day.

They did a great job.

It was done without any problems.

I called around 11am and they said they'd be here between 1 and 3, today.  At 1:40 they called and said they were going to be here within 30 min.  They arrived about 15 min. later.  They quickly found the leak and repaired it.  They were done and gone in 30 min.  Excellent.

After notifying Cornett that we wanted to have the
horizontal copper pipes under our house replaced, a written work order was
brought to our house and explained to us before we authorized the work. The job
was expected to take from 2 to 3 days and to start the day after a holiday
weekend.

On the day the job was supposed to start, we were notified
that another job had an emergency hot water heater problem. The crew reported
to our house over 4 hours late.

They started to work promptly upon arrival. They had to be
reminded to put down runners to protect our carpeting and flooring from the
dirt that they would be tracking through our house during the job.

After turning off the water to our house, they entered the
crawl space under our house through a trap door in a bedroom closet. They
worked throughout the remainder of the day, being careful to leave us with the
water turned on when they left in the evening.

They called in an hour late on the next day because they
were tied up with paperwork. Again they went to work promptly upon arrival.
They completed the job on the second day. When checking out our water system
after completing the scheduled work, they noticed a faulty showerhead. We had
them replace it while they were here.

I checked the water meter outside our house after they were
done. The meter did not detect any leaks.

They did a good job cleaning up after themselves inside the
house. The cleanup in our garage was difficult because of residual water on the
garage floor. We completed the cleanup ourselves on the following day.

Cornett called us the day after work was completed to be
sure that we were satisfied with the work they did.

The plumbers conducted themselves in a professional and
courteous manner.

We have used Cornett for many years because we can rely upon
them. We were very pleased to have Cornett attend to our plumbing needs.

I would use this company again for any other plumbing repairs

A small leak was indicated on the water meter leading to our house. We called Cornett to attend to the matter rapidly because, in all likelihood, we had a leak in the crawl space under our house. They responded promptly, sending a plumber who crawled under the house and located the leak. He clamped off a pinhole leak in the copper water line located about 20-feet from the crawl hole in our bedroom closet. He tried as best he could to keep dirt from getting onto our floors when he exited from the crawl space. He himself was wet and dirty from crawling under the house and stopping the leak.
Before the plumber went under our house, we had him inspect two suspected trouble areas: our bathtub and our master bathroom toilet. He had a busy schedule that day, so he took care of the leak under our house immediately, and returned two days later to attend to the other areas.
In our bathtub, he replaced the dirverter tub spout. It is now operating properly.
In our master bedroom, he replaced the fill mechanism in the toilet's water closet. The old mechanism had been there for many years and occassionally we could hear noises from the toilet. The new mechanism is quiet and works fine, even though it takes longer for the water closet to empty.
Cornett was responsive, attended to an immediate problem, and took care of our plumbing needs in a professional manner. As a regular customer, we received an invoice in the mail for all the work done, treated as a single visit to our house. We paid our balance by check.

They do my whole complex. They're very good. The work they did for me was absolutely excellent. They're first rate. They've been out before. They're wonderful. They do my friends condo complex down the street, as well. I think they're great. They're very professional. They know what they're doing.

I use them regularly for any plumbing needs. I have used them for 10 years. I never had any issues with them. They are excellent. I trust their quality and I trust their prices.

We had some other people in, who did some additional work for us after they did the repiping, and when they looked at some of the areas to see how the repiping was done, they were amazed that they did it the way they did. They took some shortcuts. It was very difficult for them to contact our insurance company, because we do get reimbursed some of the cost, and they were having a hard time getting anybody there to give any information. As far as the workmen showing up when they were supposed to, and all that, there was no issue there. We had to wait about a week before they were able to start the work. Their responsiveness to us was fine, and they were professional.
