Cooley Brothers Painting

It went very well. They spent two weeks on the job. The crew leader, Bulmaro, was very good to work with. They kept us informed of findings during the job we had a decision to make about extent of repairs relative to pending roof work. The work was done well.

Very good. Prep work thru punch list was completed professionally. Shingles and siding were sprayed and rolled or brushed as needed to assure good coverage. Eves received a marine varnish finish and it was brushed on, plus all the wood trim.

On time, neat and clean, excellent work. 
Good follow up to make sure that I was satisfied. 
Professional crew, respectful of my home, and delivered the work product as requested. 
Would definitely work with them again on a large scale painting project. 

AWESOME! Where to start.. where to start.. I have never even owned a house before. And all of a sudden, a client of mine, whose home I manage, asks me to schedule about $70,000 in renovations. Get the bids. Choose the contractors. Oversee the work. Etc. etc. Richard, Edgar, and Tony were incredibly tolerant, patient, and understanding during the entire process, even as other project teams scuffed up their work. Cooley Bros were within 7% of the lowest bid I got, their quality was TOP notch, and I look forward to working with them on many properties to come!

The actual technicians that did the work were top-notch guys. Javier was who I dealt with, and he was excellent. I didn't have to call him back for anything. He is truly an asset to Cooley Brothers.

They were very punctual and worked very hard. A couple of weeks later,  we called them back upon finding an issue with one door and part of the roof.They came the very next day to fix it.

Showed up on time, did a great job of prep and stayed with it until deck was completed.

The paint didn't stick for some reason, and they came back out immediately. They are polite, considerate, professional, and they do a great job--I was very pleased with them. They were here for 7 days a week for nearly three weeks to get the job done. Depending on the job and the cost, they will get you a guarantee. Me personally, I have a five year guarantee with all that I received.
