Worst company ever, worst experience ever, I wish I could give them 0 stars for their work and the headache I have had for the last year. John is also a LIAR because he told me he was bonded and insured, and if the paint peeled that his insurance would cover it. I called him a few months ago and he told me he didn't have insurance, never said he did and that he would send his crew back. I told him no way, I never want them to set foot inside my house again and that I wanted my money back. He said he would review the job and call me back. HE NEVER DID. We hired John from a referral, he came over, seemed professional, told us our 1940s paint was oil based so we would need to prime and sand everything. We hired him because it all sounded right. I am also in the construction industry so I knew what had to be done. When his crew showed up, they refused to prime or sand. They told us they sanded, but it was just lies. We called John and mentioned the oil based paint and primer, and then he flat out denied ever saying that. We continued to get gaslit by John and his crew about the primer and peeling paint as we continued to ask for it and as they continued to paint on coats of paint and it continued to peel and bubble. 4 coats of paint later (and about $3,000 of extra paint costs that I had to cover), our walls started bubbling and peeling a week after they left. A year later, our walls are peeling off in pieces, on both the walls and the ceiling and the whole house needs to be repainted. I'll post pictures. Not only this, but they refused to sand any cracks, they painted over holes without spackling, painted over DUST!, used caulking to fill chipping areas and corners but then forgot to paint over the caulk, so we have yellow patches in multiple places.... they painted over all of our door hinges, rendering them unusable. They painted over all of the cabinet hinges, so now they are peeling. They painted our cabinets without sanding, so none of the cabinet doors close. Not to mention, they did the messiest job painting the cabinets, missing complete areas and globbing on paint. They also painted around vents, towel bars, light fixtures, etc so if we remove anything, there isn't paint. I've honestly never felt so gaslit by a person or a company. I have never written a bad review to any company, it has taken me a year to justify this review with the rage that has built up. But both John and his crew were spewing lies and have no integrity to fix anything or admit wrong. Painting isn't cheap and is a headache to move furniture, etc... you hope to do it once every 10+ years, not the next year. We will have to move out, sand off all 4 COATS and start over. Thanks John, for absolutely nothing!

It took them over a week to paint my house. I had to constantly watch them, because the supervisor was a very young dude. That kind of disturbed me, because he was too young and reckless. He wasn't there supervising. He was saying he was here, and I talked to the owner and the owner would say he's here. I would tell the owner, I'm here but he's not here. I stayed the whole time, and he hardly ever showed. I wouldn't recommend him to an enemy. That's how bad they are. I had to watch everything that they did. They were really disrespectful. He's always cutting corners, so he uses really cheap paint. I told him to use this other paint, but he said we will use a different paint and that would be fine with a double coat. I said that paint is not going to last on the iron railing. Less than six months later, the rust is coming through. They sanded it down before they painted it, but they used cheap, crappy paint on it instead of a good paint. I told them you don't use the same kind of paint on an iron railing that you use on the house because it's metal and already rusted. The supervisor was supposed to be working, too. So the job took even longer, because he wasn't here. He's disrespectful. The owner didn't even apologize to me for the supervisor's behavior. The supervisor took his time and took a lot of breaks. That just dragged the whole thing out completely. While I was here, his friends would come in cars and pull up. I'm looking out the window, a car drives up with a group of guys in it his age, with was early 20's. I see them passing a bag to him and he's giving them money. That doesn't look good. It looked like a drug deal. I told the owner I really didn't want that going on in the front of my home. The owner didn't apologize in any way for the supervisor's behavior. He had no business being the supervisor. He was way too young and didn't have a lot of experience. He did give me a discount. Even after the discount, it was almost $4,000. He gave me $300 off, because it dragged out so long and because I wasn't happy with the way I was being treated. I would not do business with him again. I had to get on this kid's case. It took him three days to prep the house, and that was after they pressure washed it down. I just felt like this kid was up to no good. I didn't know how it was possible to take over a week to paint a house when I got a whole new roof put on by someone else that only took two days.

They were great. They were prompt and did a good job. They were very thorough and professional. It was clean when they left. I got a couple of bids and they were very competitive. I thought their price was really good.

They painted my whole house. They were awesome and they showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. If they had any questions they called me all the time. I was very happy with their service. Their price came in much lesser than I thought they would. Sometimes it was a little hard to understand them.

I called up the company and they faxed me an estimate along with various numbers of people who used their services. I called up a few to see how good of a job colorful choice did. Owner was very nice. He reduced my cost by $100. They were very prompt and didn't get paint everywhere. Very professional. Basically all I had to do with pick out the paint and they took it from there. They used Dunn Edwards.

IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. IF I DIDN'T LIKE THEM, I WOULDN'T KEEP HAVING THEM. THEY HAVE A CREW THAT COMES IN, AND TAKES CARE OF ALL OF IT.
