He replaced it, and it works beautifully. He called right back. They were on time.

I called late Friday afternoon for an estimate. They called right back, asked a few questions about my door, and gave me a price. They came early Monday morning (15 minutes ahead of the time they had told me) and did the job in less time than they said it would take. I was able to leave for work on time. The second company I had called on Friday called back Monday morning and gave me a price almost twice as high as Coastline charged.

IT WAS GOOD. IT WAS ALL EXCELLENT. I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN AND REFER THEM TO ANYBODY. IN FACT THEY WERE ONE OF THE NAMES LISTED FOR THE REPAIR SERVICE IN THE BOOK THAT GENIE, THE OPENER MANUFACTURER, GAVE ME. I THOUGHT THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THEY GAVE ME KIND OF A TIME RANGE, AND THEY CAME DURING THAT TIME.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PRICE WAS GOOD. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DID THE WORK REALLY QUICK. THEY SHOWED ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT. YOU CAN SEE WHAT'S WRONG. IT WAS A BELT THAT WAS CRACKED AND WORN. I COULD SEE THAT THING WAS ABOUT TO GO.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY INSTALLED THE NEW DOOR, AND TOOK THE OLD DOOR AWAY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY DID THE JOB. I WOULD TELL ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO USE THIS COMPANY. THEY EVEN SHOW YOU HOW TO USE THE REMOTE.
