+ -1 moreMy townhouse has a staircase that was not up to safety code when we bought. We have two young babies so this is a big concern. Clearview Builders came to my home on February 15 to perform a walkthrough for the staircase and numerous other improvements to be done to the home. After six weeks, I have still not received a written estimate from them. According to Clearview Builders, they emailed my designer and I the estimate on more than one occasion. I have worked in software development for 13 years. Email is not something that I have trouble with. I provided them with a fax number and also offered to pick up the estimate from them. They never offered to try any other option. If they're not interested in the job or they are too busy to take it at this time, the professional thing to do would be to be straight forward and express that to me. Instead, they kept making commitments to send it by a certain time. It is obvious to me at this point that they are not interested in my business nor are they concerned with the safety of my children.

+ 2 moreClearview Builders has done everything he said they would do. The quality has been good. They're still working here, but he's already 85% done. His prices are reasonable. He gets everything done on time and uses quality products.
Description of Work: They are doing a complete remodel of my whole house because it has water damage. They've done drywall, paint, everything.
