Classic Property Management

Initially, I reached out to Susan, by email,  who I believe is one of the company owners.  i was then also contacted by Steve Hemingway who began by being very reassuring, professional sounding and confident that he could assist me with a simple inspection on a unit that had had the same tenants for 17 years, - upon transition - followed by what I knew were needed upgrades and repairs.  A preliminary bid was accepted and painting and cleaning began - all with 'in-house' staff or referrals.  The project grew, as problems arose, inevitably.  At one point, after some communication missteps, I flew in to meet with Steve, inspect progress and materials and go to the various Home stores to show him choices on flooring and cabinetry ideas.  A lot of my materials purchases were facilitated through Steve and his sources for previous projects - all and all it took more time and money than expected - however I received a comprehensive and clean remodel and new tenants at market rent.  Going forward, I will continue to utilize Classic Property Management as the fee and the service is something one can depend on.
