Carpet Repair

I called Rock and sent him pictures of the stains. I am a little out of his normal range and the 405 is between us. He charges for mileage beyond 15 and he gave me a quote of $386 including the mileage. I thought that was very fair. To avoid traffic he asked if he could do the job on Sunday. We set it up on a Thursday and he arrived the following Sunday right on time at 9 AM. He carefully found good matching sections from my left over piece leaving out discolored sections that I could not even see. He moved one piece of furniture that was in his way and removed a door to get to the edge of the section. He did a great job and you can't tell where the damage was located. He put everything back cleaned up and was gone by about 2:30. A very professional job. I highly recommend him.

It took about 4 hours.  Rock moved all the furniture in our bedroom himself and then stretched the carpet.  Then he gave us the opportunity to vacuum behind where the furniture was and then he moved it back.  For where the floors are different heights he put in a splint so that the floor now goes down gracefully.  Its much better.  The stain repair was not something that I was even thinking about because I didn't think it could be fix but when he said he could fix that and figured lets go ahead and have the work done.  Very happy we did.

This guy was honestly one of the most interesting people I've ever met. He made it easy to schedule him, arrived on time, did excellent work and charged, what seemed to me, way too little for his services. He did leave a mess, but for the price, I was more than willing to clean it up. I WILL DEFINITELY hire him again.
