They were great - and so reasonable.

Everything went well, the roof looks fabulous. I contacted several roofers and Butler came highly recommended and had the lowest estimate. They also installed the type of underlayment I wanted, modified torchdown method. It hasn't rained yet, so can't comment on the effectiveness of the job, but I suspect it will be fine.

Everything went according to plan. They came out, cut a hole in the roof, and did the job. It went very smoothly.

This company is fly-by-night at best. Once I finally got an estimate it took numerous calls to get them to come out, they fixed the leak, but ran out of roof tiles and installed many the wrong way, their phone was shut off for a few days, it took numerous calls for them to come back out and finish. They finally came out again, but again ran out of roof tiles as they cannot afford to buy more than 6 at a time, I suppose. I refused to pay until the job was finished, but I still can't get them to come out for the third time to fix and finish the original job. A sad state of affairs.
